• Cryptocurrency spot trading
• Perpetual futures trading with leverage
• Staking and yield farming products
• Portfolio management tools
• Educational resources and trading tutorials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
• Complete required identity verification (KYC) procedures

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Keeping your contact information up to date

You agree not to share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your account through your credentials. You are solely responsible for all trades and transactions made through your account.

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. You acknowledge and understand that:

• Trading with leverage amplifies both gains and losses
• You may lose your entire investment

• Technical issues may affect trading activities

The Platform charges fees for various services, including but not limited to:

• Trading fees (maker and taker)
• Withdrawal fees
• Futures trading fees and funding rates
• Network transaction fees

All fees are disclosed in our Fee Schedule and may be modified at our discretion. VIP fee tiers are based on your 30-day trading volume and are recalculated daily.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Market manipulation, including wash trading and spoofing
• Using automated trading bots that violate rate limits
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with Platform operations
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete required verification
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Regulatory requirements

Upon termination, you will be required to withdraw all funds within 30 days. Unclaimed funds may be forfeited after this period.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of market data or prices
• Security against all possible threats
• Results from using our educational materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
